Requirements for:

Online Banner and Sample Bill Setting up

1 Entity’s Logo with at least 300 dpi in .jpg format ( Logo used on the website)

2 Entity’s Sample Bill used for billing - High Quality scan

(bill that has information on it that can be used as a sample)

Note: The sample bill will be used as a template on your website.

(Please save the logo and sample bill on a CD-ROM)

CWS responsibility

1. To have 24/7 web site for customers to access their balances/payments.

2. To keep communication lines open with client’s server through WindX.

3. To maintain programs that gives the customer a picture of their account & history.

4. To allow customers to pay via Credit Card or Check.

5. To allow the customer choice of E-billing.

6. To allow the customer to auto-pay bills.

7. To update customer records with payments.

8. To update customer records (encrypted) with credit card/check information.

9. To create for full Cash receipt for customer.

a. Create complete paperless Audit trail.

b. Update customer’s records. (This is the same as is currently done through CH).

c. Create Deposit posting in Bank reconciliation system.

d. Deposit the exact amount into Client’s bank automatically.

e. Update all other pertinent files.

10. Fix any problem related to net connections or web related programs.

11. If you can think of anything we missed please ask.

CLIENT’s responsibity

1. Client must have MOM/Pvx version 5.14 or newer and run Pvx Application Server

2. Client must have a fixed public IP address for WindX-Client connections.

3. Open Firewall to allow connection over TCP socket range (consult with CWS support)

4. Allow secure connection between CWS and Client’s server.

5. Any customers with CREDIT problems will be solved manually.

6. Reset customer’s security information if customer fails all procedures on the NET (rare occurrence).

In Development:

1. Customer registration. (Currently being tested)

2. Full net site programming. (Optional)

3. Any suggestions.

Below is summary of Security Features.

The MOM online server is authenticated by Comodo Group

Our Online server is protected by a Cisco Firewall PIX unit

§ No information is allowed between systems without byte analysis for allowed characters.

§ Information is checked both ways for any discrepancies.

CWS proprietary encryption is used on all fields necessary for privacy.

WindX transmits information with additional encryption to Client (you) to store data.

§ Encryption is kept on CWS side.

§ Data is stored at CLIENT side. (Client cannot read encrypted information).

All information on CLIENT is stored in secured files not accessible to the WEB.
