Step by Step MQ online setup

 

 

  1. It is essential for clients to have a broadband connection( eg: DSL, Cable, T1)  to internet with fixed public IP Address

 

  1. Client need to have an available TCP port for incoming/outgoing traffic to MOM server

 

  1. Upgrades to MOM / PVX 6.xx eCommerce version (Application Server, SSL support, WindX plugin) is required.

 

  1. Client's server will host MOM / PVX Application server utility

 

  1. Client's public IP address is requested and open port  should  (default to: 10000)

 

  1. A subdirectory will be created in h:\pvx\cwsweb\MQ\<CLIENT_ID>, which will contain images and html files.

 

  1. Attain client logo and a sample bill and edit it according to CWS standards.

  1. Copy client's web page home footer and edit it to embed it in online web page.

 

  1. System administrator (Cesar) will create client's record on AU-WA-CL (screen A and B) on CWSNET server

 

  1. (Junior Controller) Joyce will create Vendor ID on Unix server (696)

 

  1. System administrator will test WindX connection to client using AU-WA-WI
